By purchasing from Beach Boutique you have accepted our returns policy as outlined below:

Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind. A refund will only be provided if an item is assessed and deemed as faulty.

Please inspect your order when received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Full Priced Items:

We will gladly offer an exchange or store credit within 21 days of purchase:

· Proof of purchase is required

· The item is returned must be in original condition/ or packaging

· Swing tags are attached

· The item is unworn and unaltered.

· There is no evidence of make-up or fake tan marks, of perfume, deodorant, body odour, cosmetics or washing powder 

Swimwear & Jewellery:

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange on these items, so please choose carefully.

Sale items:

We do not offer exchanges on sale items, or items bought with a discount code.

Returns:

Shipping cost is at the customer's expense, we recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance, we are not liable for lost goods.

Each item will be inspected upon return to ensure it has not been worn, washed, or altered from its original condition. From there we will either approve or decline your return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and following the correct steps will not be processed and returned at buyer’s expense.

DELAYS ARE TO BE EXPECTED ON ALL ORDERS, AS STAFF SHORTAGES ACROSS AUSTRALIA IMPACT THE POSTAL, TRANSPORT AND PROCESSING SERVICES.

FREE Standard Post on Orders over $300
REGULAR post under $300 flat rate $9.95 (5-7 business days) 
EXPRESS post flat rate $12.95 (1-4 business days)

*Delivery to our SA, WA, NT and regional areas may take between 7-10 days.  *Purchases made over the weekend or on a public holiday will be posted on the next business day. 

FREE IN STORE PICK UP: 

For locals this is the quickest way to enjoy your goodies. Your orders are processed same day for collection.

How to use Free in store Pick up:

Simply select Store Pickup at the checkout in the shipping section.
Please note if your order is over $300 it will automatically qualify for free postage at checkout. To ensure we are aware you intend to collect you must select FREE IN STORE PICK UP to alert us to keep it in store for collection.


Store Pickup Hours

MON – FRI 9am – 5pm
Weekends and Public Holidays: 9am – 3pm

Your parcel will be processed as soon as your order is received so you can come and collect once you have been notified that it is ready. Please allow 1-2 hours as we may be busy in-store.

 


We do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen parcels once they leave our premises. Ownership and risk of damage to the goods is passed onto the customer upon delivery at the specified delivery address.
