How Do I Place An Order?
Either drop into our store at Endeavour Plaza, Agnes Water, or choose from our collection online. Click your chosen purchase and select your size and colour options. Once you’ve finished shopping, click on the shopping cart icon at the top right hand side of the screen where you can complete your purchase. You can choose to have your items shipped to your door, or you may drop into the store to collect at your convenience.
We use Australia Post for all of our deliveries. Once your order has been dispatched from us we will issue you with a tracking number which will allow you to follow the progress of your order if desired.
You can choose from either standard or express shipping depending on your needs.
We check all of our goods thoroughly before posting however we know sometimes mistakes can be made. If your goods are faulty you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning to be given a RA number and the address for mailing. You must also supply a copy of your receipt. Postage costs are the customers responsibility.
CHANGE OF MIND
If you have changed your mind or the goods do not fit, we are happy for you to return the goods within 10 days of your sales receipt and a store credit with a 6 month expiry will be issued to you. The item must be returned to us unworn and in the same manner it left our store. If you are wanting to return an item you must first email us email@example.com to be issued with a RA number and the address for mailing. You must also supply a copy of your receipt. Postage costs are the customers responsibility.
LAY-BY and SALE ITEMS
Please note that there are no returns on sale items or Layby purchases. If the goods are deemed as faulty then a full refund will be issued.
